Express Service Center

Express Service Center: Located in the middle of the campus, diagonally across the street from Siyuan Dining Hall, the center covers an area of over 2,000 square meters, providing the faculty and students with the package collecting&sending service. From 9:00 to 21:00 everyday, human services are provided.

The former express stations ( Fengting and Furong ) are now upgraded, with intelligent express cabinets set up to provide 24/7 self-service.

Steps for Collecting Your Package

Follow the official WeChat account of Express Service Center of XMU Xiang’an Campus and bind your mobile phone number to receive the notification.

Return to the home page, click on “Qujian” (collecting your package) and get your pickup code.

Find your package based on the received pickup code. For example, in the pickup code 1-2-100, the first number represents shelf 1, the second number represents the second shelf, and the last group is the number of your package.

Use the self-service high-speed camera to pick up by scanning your identity code as well as the bar code on your package.

The package can be taken away after the voice prompts that the delivery is successful.
